Last week, while driving on Hwy 30, our 2010 Jeep lost power and coasted to a stop. We called a tow truck and the driver gave us a list of repair shops to call. Only I & B Automotive made time in their busy schedule to fit us into their busy schedule. Within 2 hrs, the new alternator was installed, but we also needed a CPM. I listened as Riley called numerous facilities to obtain one, but it was difficult for a 2010 Jeep. They finally found a place and had it overnighted to them. As soon as the CPM was programed, we were on our way. The professionalism and kindness shown by these employees is evident when you walk in the shop.
